Pricing per person, per course. Perfect for a nice, heavy Hors D’oeuvres Hour for guests of a rehearsal, between ceremony and dinner, or a hospitality table for the wedding party as individuals get ready. We have selected hors d’oeuvres courses based off our culinary expertise. Hors D’oeuvres spreads are suggested for the family and/or guests.

Build-Your-Own

Slider Bar $10/person (+$2 for two meats)
Guests top their 2 slider buns with chicken, pork, or bison and dress them up with four toppings. Choose from sweet potatoes, blend of sliced cheeses, roasted peppers, tomatoes, lettuce, caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, coleslaw, beets, or pickles. BBQ, chipotle mayo, VOM FASS oil and vinegar, and ketchup are available for the final touch.

 

Nacho or Taco Bar $10/person (+$2 for two meats)
Guests select their choice of chips or soft and hard shells and their choice of chicken, beef, or chorizo meat. Toppings include five of the following options: shredded cheese, melted cheese sauce, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, sour cream, salsa, cilantro, refried beans, black beans, cilantro or white rice, guacamole, jalapenos, black olives. Hot sauce and mild sauce are included.

Pasta Bar $10/person (+$2 for two meats)
Guests start with healthy and delicious pasta and their choice of chicken or meatballs. Mix and match with a variety of veggies, toppings, and sauces.

Mashed Potato Sundae Bar $6/person
Guest start with mashed potatoes in a sundae cup and then add four of the following toppings: gravy, sausage, bacon, cheddar cheese, broccoli, sour cream, chives, roasted peppers.

Carving Station

Garlic and Pepper Crusted Top Round of Beef $14/person
Served with au jus, horseradish, and condiments.

Roast Turkey Breast $14/person
Seasoned with sage. Served with cranberry sauce and gravy.

Carved Ham $14/person
Served with pineapple sauce.

Meatloaf topped with sun dried tomatoes and dressed with a chipotle mayo to give it just a little kick!

A dozen gourmet beef meatballs topped with a sweet and tangy southwest sauce.

Slowly cooked turkey, prepared in gourmet blend of seasoning and juices, sliced to perfection.

Hot pulled beef slow cooked in flavors of Texas, loaded on top of a gourmet bun sandwich. Served with optional barbeque sauces.

★Texas Caviar $8/person
Freshly prepared with tomatoes, black eyed peas, black beans, corn, peppers, onions, and flavors from our pals at VOM FASS! Choose whether this is served with chips or as a salad on greens.

Sweet Lil’ Piggies $11/person
Pulled pork sliders with roasted sweet potatoes and finished with a drizzle of a tangy VOM FASS Date Vinegar. Lasso three!

Tipsy Taco $9/person
Classic combination of southwestern flavors, featuring chips, specially-seasoned beef or chicken, cilantro, tomato, and cheese. Select your toppings and build your own.

★Triple Cheesy Mac $7/person
Not your everyday mac n cheese…featuring blend of premium cheeses and pasta, topped with bread crumbs and VOM FASS Truffle Oil. Add bacon for $2/person.

★Sausage Pops $7/person
Giant sausage link grilled on a stick and drizzled with Rodeo Wagon’s special sauce.

Pickled Piglet $12/person
A slightly spicy pork sandwich, served cold, garnished with pickled carrots and dressed with sriracha mayo

★Trio Jambalaya $8/person
Deep flavors of the south featuring andouille sausage, peppers, tomatoes and carrots. Served over rice.

Texas Bacon Burger $10/person
All beef patty topped with bacon and Texas Caviar, served on a gourmet bun with optional ketchup and mustard.

Wisconsin Brat $7/person
Wisconsin beer brat, served on a brat bun with optional toppings of sauerkraut, brown mustard, and onions.

★Southwest Garden Salad $6/person
Variety of fresh vegetables such as green peppers, tomatoes, carrots, onions, and zucchini. Seasoned with a southwest flavor profile and served with cavatappi pasta.
Add zesty sausage for $2. Choose between hot or cold service.

Artichoke and Lemon Pasta $6/person
Seasoned bow tie pasta mixed with artichoke and chopped asparagus. Served with Parmesan cheese. Add seasoned chicken for $2. Choose between hot or cold service.

Comfort Chili $7/person
Rodeo Wagon’s homemade chili featuring beef, chorizo, and veggies. Served with optional macaroni, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and hot sauce. Choose your level of heat.

Lemon Baked Cod $11/person
Fish fillets baked and coated, infused with lemon. Served over rice with lemon slices.

Snappy Shrimp $11/person
Big and tasty shrimp seasoned and simmered. Served with Rodeo Wagon’s special sauce.
