Kay-Tee Olds is an entrepreneur of many avenues, including the food industry. She was recently invited by Madison College to develop and teach curriculum for a new food truck certificate program. Her mission in life is to have a significantly positive impact on the communities she serves.
John LaSalle is the ultimate food expert. After graduating with his culinary degree and holding several chef and management positions, he now manages Rodeo Wagon’s high-quality staff that collectively has over 75 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
