Madison’s very own rodeo-themed catering company. Locally owned by Kay-Tee Olds, The Rodeo Wagon offers delicious fare inspired by The South. Getting its start as a food cart on Capitol Square in 2016, Rodeo Wagon has grown into a full-service catering company after we found our passion in the world of catering events. We built out larger scale service options as we adapted to the experience needed for corporate catering and catered experiences. We especially enjoy making it an easy process for our clients and take pride in serving savory dishes that create memorable experiences for the guest.
Kay-Tee Olds
Kay-Tee Olds is an entrepreneur of many avenues, including the food industry. She is also the Author of Fueling-A-Food Truck and teaches a curriculum for a new food truck certificate program at Madison College. Her mission in life is to have a significantly positive impact on the communities she serves.
John LaSalle
John LaSalle is the ultimate food expert. After graduating with his culinary degree and holding several chef and management positions, he now helps train our staff on how to make all of our delicious recipes.
