Welcome to The Rodeo Wagon, Madison’s very own rodeo-themed catering company. Locally owned by Kay-Tee Olds, The Rodeo Wagon offers delicious fare inspired by The South. Getting its start as a food cart on Capitol Square in 2016, Rodeo Wagon has grown into a full service catering company after we found our passion in the world of catering events. We especially enjoy making it an easy process for our clients and take pride in serving savory dishes that create memorable experiences for the guest.

Our year-round catering services include buffet-style meals or grab-n-go fares for weddings, conferences, college groups, and anything in between. We are fully equipped to cater indoor and outdoor events. You may also see our event tent at various festivals during the summer.

We constantly update our menu to keep things fresh and interesting for our clients and custom our offerings to meet individual budgeting, dietary and thematic needs! Check out the Menu page for new specials!

Send us a message to learn more about how we can turn up the flavor at your next event, or look for us around Madison to see what’s cookin’, good lookin’!

Testimonials

  • Rodeo Wagon drove an hour all the way out to our little class reunion and did a great job of setting up and serving us without any problems. Great customer service and easy to work with. Oh, and the food was good too! Would recommend for events. Thanks, guys!

  • Reserved food at Rodeo Wagon during the busiest night of Concerts on the Square for an corporate event. The team did an awesome job to make sure that everyone who attended had enough food and was taken care of. The food was wonderful. Shredded beef, brats, pasta salad, beans, jambalaya. They even had a nice selection of condiments. If you are thinking of catering or for personal choice, I wouldn’t hesitate. Thanks again, it was delicious!

  • All in all, we were fairly happy.  We had enough food, people really liked the brisket sliders, and your team provided good service.
